Kona Coffee Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that you love your Kona Coffee 100% Kona coffee and gifts. Please inspect your order when it arrives. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or returns for perishable products. That said:

If there was an error in your order and you’ve received the wrong items, please let us know within 7 days so we can provide a replacement or credit. We may provide you with a return shipping label to return the items to us. 

If the coffee arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged packaging within 7 days of receipt to our email address: KonaCoffee@gmail.com and we will  send you a replacement.

If you are dissatisfied with your coffee purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt at KonaCoffee@gmail.com and we’ll do our utmost to find the right Kona coffee for you.  

All merchandise and non-perishable, non-coffee items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at: KonaCoffee@gmail.com and our team will happily facilitate the process. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in original packaging and in new condition. Please include your full name and order number with the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.
