Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic
- 1 onion, yellow, diced, and caramelized
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 cup coffee, strong Kona coffee
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 2 tablespoons dried chipotle powder
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup honey
Sauce Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer, and reduce by 1/2.
- Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
- Cool and use as needed.
