Description
(from $70) Considered the “Champagne” or “crème de la crème” of coffee. Extremely rare (less than 5% of a harvest), a peaberry contains only one coffee seed instead of the usual two. The result is a rounder bean with a superior flavor profile. Peaberries require hand sorting and separate roasting, but the extra effort is worth it for the discerning coffee drinker. This item is, by its nature, limited in supply.
